Little Rivers Edge Park Rules

Welcome to Little Rivers Edge RV Park! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with our park rules. These guidelines are designed to promote a harmonious environment where everyone can relax and enjoy the natural beauty of our park.

Park Rules

Please take a moment to review our rules before your stay. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all.

General Rules

• Each RV site rented includes 1 RV, 1 other vehicle, and 4 people per site.    Each Tent site rented will
    include 4 people per site, and up to 2 tents. Additional charges will apply for additional vehicles
   and people. (Please contact management for more information)
• Parking is only permitted on graveled areas.  NO PARKING ON GRASS.
• Speed limit throughout the campground is 5 mph or less.
• Do not wash your RV/Camper in the park.
• No external RV Leaks - if this occurs, you will be asked to leave the RV camp immediately.
• LRE is a daily rate campground.  No Refunds for shortened stays. Rates are subject to change for 
   holidays and/or special events.
• LRE is a private campground; use of the facilities, (including access to the river), is for customers and
   registered visitors only.
• Please do not change your assigned site without management approval.
• Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• NO cutting of LIVE Trees or shrumbs.
• NO Open ground fires.
    - Small campfires are allowed, but must be contained in a freestanding fire pit or ring.
    - Fire must be supervised at all times.
    - Please do not move or remove fire pits.
    - All fires must be extinguished when unsupervised.
    - Any person who allows a camp fire to escape from the container is liable for any damages of 
       property caused by the fire.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours = 1 day charge.
    - No refunds will be granted after check-in, as all sales are final.  Inclement weather or other 
      cirumstances will not warrant a refund.

Campsite Etiquette

• Respect other's rights.  Don't walk across another camper's site - walk around it.
• Sound production equipment may operate from 8am-10pm.
• No Fireworks allowed
• No Offensive Behavior to the public includes but not limited to:
    - Drunkenness
    - Consumption of alcohol beverages by people under 21 years of age is illegal
    - Use of narcotics
    - Indulging in boisterous, loud, abusive, threatening or indecent conduct or speech is prohibited
    - Nudity is prohibited
(all constitute ground of eviction.)

Site Maintenance

Keep your site neat and free of litter, including cigarette butts.  There are dumpsters located around the campground for your use.

• We request you not leave chairs, games, bicycles, and other personal property on lawns that will impede lawn maintenance.
• If you own a pet, keep it contained and clean up waste.  Please treat your pet like family, and not tie it to a tree unattended.  They may bark, dig, or annoy fellow campers which may not be enjoyable to others.
• Waste water not to be dumped on the ground.

Pets

Pets are welcome at LRE. (Maximum of 2 pets per camper without management approval.

• Aggressive pets are prohibited.
• Pets should never be left unattended outside your RV.  Pets are required to be on a leash at all times or within a portable fenced area.
• If your pet is excessively noisy, please do not leave it unattended.
• If your pet disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the RV Park, you and the pet may be asked to leave.
• Management has the right to refuse any animal from being brought into the park
